Proposed Altumo's idea — not something Brad asked forOPP-007 — declined-work recovery. AutoOps' own product material treats surfacing declined work as core, which is a good sign the shop's platform already assumes it matters.

This is the cheapest revenue in the building. The customer already agreed the work was needed and the diagnosis is already done. Without a record it is invisible; with one it resurfaces at the next visit and in the follow-up drafts.
