Found work — approval
Proposed Altumo's idea — not something Brad asked forOPP-021 — photo-backed authorisation when a job grows. Turns the worst conversation in the shop into the one that produces reviews like “no costly surprises”.

Message to Tom
Tom — we're into the 180k service and the rear pads are down to about 2mm,
which is below where I'd want to leave them. I've attached a photo of the measurement so you
can see it yourself.
The rotors are still within spec so I can resurface rather than replace, which keeps it
cheaper. That's another $310–$420 on top of what we discussed, bringing it to $990–$1,260.
Nothing gets touched until you tell me to go ahead. If you'd rather leave it for now that's
completely fine and I'll note it for next time.
Brad
